Facedown Records' Thieves & Liars won the award for Best Hard Rock Band at the 18th Annual San Diego Music Awards held last night in San Diego, CA. Previous winners in this category include Cattle Decapitation and P.O.D. Thieves & Liars, who were up against 7 nominees for the honor, came out on top and walked away with the award.
